Possible Problems
No Races : Go to the World Map in your garage, the complete any races that you havent done. Also complete
outruns races (you get many uniques through outrus). And finally, get your car's visual rating as high as possible.
Beat the Game but no 100% ! Go to the world map (Like above) And do any uncompleted races.
TIPS: Always Do URL's Last ! And Do A LOT Of Outruns In every Stage, to get Uniques. (Performance, Spoilers,
Rims etc...)
